Description / Requirements:

Self-motivated with a successful track record. Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives. Maintain high activity levels of prospecting. Manage prospect funnel effectively. Build relationships with clients. Build a referral network. Flexible with your work schedule and activities. Cold calling. Client presentations.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Minimum of 3 years staffing industry sales experience. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong internal motivation and a drive to succeed and be top of your class.

Division Manager

Description / Requirements:

Self-motivated with a successful track record. Meet and exceed monthly objectives. Maintain high activity levels of prospecting. Manage prospect funnel effectively. Build relationships with clients. Build a referral network. Flexible with your work schedule and activities. Lead and develop sales team by example. Direct and develop inside staff. Direct and grow sales and recruiting efforts.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Minimum of 3 years staffing industry experience. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong internal motivation and a drive to succeed and be top of your class.

Position is determined by your own personal strengths, whether it be sales, recruiting, or a full desk.

Executive Recruiter

Description / Requirements:

Self-motivated with a successful track record. Meet and exceed monthly objectives. Maintain high activity levels of prospecting. Manage prospect funnel effectively. Build relationships with clients. Build a referral network. Source candidates. Flexible with your work schedule and activities. Cold Calling. Must maintain a consistent 300 calls per week (125 connects). Solid Commissions plan with benefits.

The successful candidate will possess:

Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets. Strong internal motivation and a drive to succeed and be top of your class.
